Frulla i mirtilli con le fragole e i lamponi fino a ottenere una composta densa (circa 50 ml).

In una ciotola, mescola la farina integrale, le proteine della soia, il lievito e il sale.

In un'altra ciotola, lavora insieme il burro di arachidi, l'olio di cocco e il miele fino a ottenere una crema leggera.

Aggiungi l'uovo alla crema e incorpora bene.

Unisci gli ingredienti secchi ai bagnati, mescolando delicatamente fino a formare un impasto omogeneo.
