Scalda leggermente il burro di arachidi per renderlo più malleabile, quindi mescola in una ciotola con l'olio di cocco e lo sterolo di stevia fino a ottenere una crema omogenea.

Aggiungi l'uovo e mescola bene, poi incorpora la scorza d'arancia grattugiata.
