Method

Unisci in una ciotola la farina integrale, le proteine in polvere, il sale e la raspatura di limone, mescolando bene.

In un'altra ciotola, sbatti il burro chiarificato ammorbidito con lo zucchero di cocco fino a ottenere un composto cremoso.

Aggiungi l'uovo intero e l'estratto di vaniglia al burro zuccherato, sbatti per 2 minuti.
