Preriscalda il forno a 175°C e prepara uno stampo per torta da 150ml con della carta da forno.

In una ciotola, unisci le carote grattugiate, l'uovo e l'olio di semi di girasole, mescolando bene.

Aggiungi la farina di avena, le proteine in polvere, l'eritritolo e il lievito. Mescola fino a ottenere un impasto omogeneo.

Versa il composto nello stampo e inforna per 25 minuti, verificando la cottura con uno stecchino.

Nel frattempo, prepara una glassa mescolando il cacao amaro con il latte di cocco fino a ottenere una crema liscia.
