Method

In una ciotola, mescolare la farina di avena con 50g di yogurt greco, un pizzico di sale e 5ml di olio EVO fino a ottenere un impasto omogeneo.

Rivestire un piccolo stampo da 10cm con l'impasto e metterlo in frigo per 15 minuti.

Nel frattempo, sbollentare i broccoletti in acqua salata per 5 minuti, quindi scolarli e tritarli grossolanamente.

In una padella, scaldare 5ml di olio EVO e rosolare il petto di tacchino per 5 minuti, aggiungere i broccoletti, sale e pepe, e cuocere per altri 3 minuti.

In una ciotola, unire l'uovo, 100g di yogurt greco, il parmigiano, sale e pepe, mescolando bene.

Versare il composto di tacchino e broccoletti nella base di farina, ricoprire con la crema di yogurt e infornare a 180°C per 20 minuti.

Lasciare raffreddare qualche minuto prima di servire.
