Preriscaldare il forno a 190°C. Tostare le fette di pane integrale per 3-4 minuti fino a renderle croccanti.

Nel frattempo, cuocere il bacon in una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio per 4 minuti fino a renderlo croccante, poi trasferirlo su carta assorbente.

Pulire i broccoletti, dividerli in piccole cimette e cuocerli al vapore per 6-7 minuti finché restino leggermente al dente.

In una ciotola, amalgamare la ricotta magra con l'uovo intero, il Parmigiano reggiano, sale e pepe fino a ottenere una crema omogenea.

Distribuire il composto di ricotta su ciascuna fetta di pane tostato, quindi aggiungere i broccoletti e il bacon croccante.

Completare con un pizzico di semi di sesamo e riporre in forno per 4-5 minuti fino a che la crema risulti leggermente gratinata.
