In una padella antiaderente, cuoci il petto di pollo macinato a fuoco medio-alto per circa 6-7 minuti fino a quando è completamente cotto.

Aggiungi il cavolfiore tritato e i broccoli, continuando a cuocere per circa 5 minuti, mescolando frequentemente.

Rimuovi dal fuoco e unisci la salsa messicana, il formaggio magro, il cumino, la paprika e il pepe.

Prendi la tortilla proteica e riempila con il composto di pollo e verdure, arrotolando bene.
