Lavare bene le carote sotto acqua corrente, eliminar qualsiasi terra e asciugarle con carta assorbente.

Tagliar le carote a bastoncini di circa 8 cm di lunghezza e 1 cm di spessore, mantenendo la buccia che racchiude preziose fibre.

In una ciotola, mescolar l'olio extravergine con il miele, aggiungere la curcuma, il cumino, il pepe e un pizzico di sale integrale.

Passare i bastoncini di carota nel composto di spezie, assicurandosi che siano ben rivestiti.

Disporre le carote su una teglia rivestita di carta forno in un'unica layer, senza sovrapposizioni.

Infornare a 200°C per 22-25 minuti, girando a metà cottura, finché le carote risultino tenere all'interno e leggermente caramellate ai bordi.
