Method

Sciogliere il lievito di birra nell'acqua calda e lasciar riposare per circa 10 minuti.

In una ciotola, mescolare la farina di avena, le proteine in polvere, l'eritritolo, il sale e i semi di chia.

Aggiungere l'olio di cocco e il lievito attivato agli ingredienti secchi, mescolando fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Formare una palla e far lievitare in un luogo caldo per 30 minuti.

Dividere l'impasto in 3 parti, formare dei filoncini e intrecciarli, posizionandoli su una teglia rivestita di carta da forno.

Spennellare con un po' d'acqua e infornare a 180°C per 20-25 minuti, fino a quando saranno dorati e cotti all'interno.
