Method

In una padella antiaderente, scaldare l'olio extravergine d'oliva a fuoco medio e cuocere il petto di pollo macinato con sale, pepe e paprika affumicata per circa 5-6 minuti, fino a cottura completa.

Aggiungere la salsa di pomodoro e mescolare bene, lasciando cuocere per un paio di minuti fino a che il composto risulti ben amalgamato.

Prendere la galletta di cavolfiore e disporre al centro il composto di pollo (circa 80g) e il formaggio grattugiato.

Arrotolare la galletta come un burrito, assicurandosi che il ripieno sia ben chiuso.

Posizionare il taco su una teglia e cuocere in forno a 180°C per 10 minuti, fino a quando il formaggio si sarà sciolto.

Servire con una cucchiaiata di yogurt greco sopra e guarnire con foglie di lattuga.
