Inizia tritando finemente il prezzemolo, il coriandolo, l'aglio, la cipolla rossa e il peperoncino verde con un coltello fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo ma non troppo liscio.

In una ciotola, unisci il trito con l'origano secco, l'aceto di mele, il sale e il pepe, mescolando bene per amalgamare i sapori.
