Method

Metti il merluzzo in una pentola con acqua fredda e porta a ebollizione. Cuoci per 10 minuti, poi scola e rimuovi la pelle e le spine. Taglia il pesce in pezzi e metti da parte.

In una padella, scalda l'olio d'oliva a fuoco medio e aggiungi la cipolla e l'aglio. Cuoci fino a quando la cipolla diventa trasparente, circa 5 minuti.

Aggiungi le patate dolci e cuoci per circa 10 minuti, finché non si ammorbidiscono ma non si sfaldano.

Unisci il merluzzo alla padella con le patate e mescola delicatamente.

In un'altra pentola, scalda lo yogurt greco e incorpora la farina, mescolando fino a ottenere una crema liscia. Aggiungi la noce moscata, sale e pepe.

Versa la crema di yogurt sul mix di pesce e patate, mescolando per amalgamare bene.

Trasferisci tutto in una teglia e cuoci in forno a 180°C per 30 minuti, finché non è dorato.
