In un pentolino, versa 60 ml di acqua e porta a ebollizione a fuoco medio.

Aggiungi 50 g di mirtilli freschi, 30 g di mela sbucciata e tritata, 20 ml di aceto di mele e le spezie (cannella, zenzero, chiodi di garofano).
