In un pentolino, scalda 40 ml di acqua con 10 g di yogurt greco, un pizzico di sale e 5 g di eritritolo. Mescola bene.

Aggiungi 20 g di farina integrale e mescola fino a ottenere un impasto omogeneo. Lascialo intiepidire per 5 minuti.
