Preriscalda il forno a 200°C. In un pentolino, scalda l'acqua con l'olio di semi di girasole e un pizzico di sale fino a ebollizione.

Versa la farina di mandorle e le proteine in polvere setacciate, mescolando energicamente fino a ottenere un impasto omogeneo.
