In una ciotola, mescola le proteine in polvere, il cacao magro e il miele fino a ottenere una consistenza uniforme.

Aggiungi lo yogurt greco e l'estratto di vaniglia, mescolando delicatamente fino a una cremosità omogenea.

Aggiungi le mandorle tritate e mescola con cura per distribuirle uniformemente.

Copri la ciotola con pellicola trasparente e riponi in frigorifero per 20 minuti.

Nel frattempo, prepara tre piatti separati: uno con cocco grattugiato, uno con cacao in polvere, uno con qualche mandorla tritata fine.

Sciogli il cioccolato fondente e il burro di cacao a bagnomaria a fuoco basso, mescolando fino a ottenere un composto fluido e lucido. Trasferisci in una ciotolina bassa.

Estrai l'impasto dal frigorifero e forma 8 palline uniformi aiutandoti con due cucchiai.

Passa 4 palline nella cocco grattugiato e 4 nel cacao in polvere, pressandole leggermente perché aderiscano bene.

Immergi la parte superiore aperta di ogni cialda nel cioccolato sciolto, passandola delicatamente nel piatto con le mandorle tritate, poi posiziona una pallina sulla cialda premendo leggermente per farla aderire.
