Preriscaldare il forno a 200°C e foderare una teglia con carta forno.

Pulire delicatamente i funghi con una carta umida, eliminare il gambo e scavare leggermente al centro di ogni cappello con un cucchiaino.

Toastare le noci in una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio per 3-4 minuti, mescolando spesso, fino a rilasciare il loro aroma. Trasferirle in un piatto e farle raffreddare.
