In una ciotola, mescola la salsa di soia, lo sciroppo d'acero, l'olio di sesamo, l'aglio e lo zenzero.

Metti i petti di pollo in un piatto e versa la marinata sopra. Lascia marinare in frigo per 15 minuti.

Prepara una griglia a fuoco medio-alto e ungi leggermente la griglia con un po' d'olio.

Rimuovi il pollo dalla marinata e mettilo sulla griglia. Cuoci per circa 7-10 minuti per lato, fino a doratura e cotto all'interno (temperatura interna di almeno 75°C).
