Preriscalda il forno a 160°C.

In una ciotola, unisci la farina di mandorle e 20 g di eritritolo, poi aggiungi 50 g di ricotta e mescola fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Stendi il composto sul fondo di una tortiera rivestita di carta da forno, premendo bene.
