Lava le foglie di taro e sbollentale per 2 minuti in acqua salata, poi scolale e raffreddale.

In una ciotola, taglia il petto di pollo e il merluzzo a cubetti e condiscili con salsa di soia, succo di limone, sale, pepe e pepe nero. Lascia marinare per 10 minuti.
