Cuoci le lenticchie verdi seguendo le istruzioni sulla confezione, fino a renderle tenere. Scola l'acqua in eccesso e mettile in una ciotola capiente.

In una ciotolina, mescola la salsa di soia, l'aceto balsamico, il succo di limone, l'aglio in polvere, la cipolla in polvere e il pepe nero. Versalo sulle lenticchie e mescola bene per amalgamare.

Copri la ciotola con pellicola trasparente e lascia raffreddare in frigorifero per almeno un'ora.

Nel frattempo, preriscalda il forno a 180°C. Taglia la baguette integrale a fette spesse circa 1 cm. Disponile su una teglia e spennellale con olio extravergine d'oliva da entrambi i lati.

Cuoci le fette di pane nel forno per 8-10 minuti, fino a quando non saranno dorate. Toglile dal forno e lasciale raffreddare.

Quando sei pronto per servire, spalma un cucchiaio di formaggio spalmabile light su ciascuna fetta di pane tostato. Aggiungi un cucchiaio abbondante di lenticchie marinate e completa con un pizzico di erba cipollina fresca tritata. Servi subito.
