In una ciotola, mescola la farina integrale con il burro leggero fino ad ottenere un composto sabbioso. Aggiungi lo yogurt greco e il miele, impastando delicatamente fino a formare una palla.

Avvolgi l'impasto in pellicola trasparente e lascia riposare in frigorifero per 15 minuti.

Nel frattempo, in un’altra ciotola, unisci la mela grattugiata, l'uvetta, il ribes, la cannella e il succo di limone. Mescola bene.

Preriscalda il forno a 180°C.

Stendi l’impasto su un piano infarinato fino a raggiungere uno spessore di circa 5 mm. Ritaglia dei cerchi di circa 10 cm di diametro.

Fodera uno stampo per muffin con i cerchi di pasta, riempi ciascun incavo con il ripieno di frutta e chiudi con un altro cerchio di impasto.

Cuoci in forno per 15 minuti o fino a doratura. Lascia raffreddare prima di servire.
