Mettere a bagno le lenticchie rosse in acqua fredda per 30 minuti, quindi scolarle.

Tritare finemente cipolla, porro e carote a coltello o con una grattugia.

Scaldare l'olio in una pentola grande a fuoco medio, aggiungere il trito di verdure e rosolare per 3-4 minuti fino ad ammorbidire.
