Mettere in una ciotola capiente i fiocchi di avena integrale.

Aggiungere la polvere proteica vanilla e mescolare bene per distribuirla uniformemente.

Tritare finemente le mandorle e le noci con le mani o con un mortaio, mantenendo una consistenza leggermente granulosa.

Incorporare i frutti di bosco liofilizzati alla miscela di frutta secca (li mantiene croccanti).

Spolverare il cacao amaro e il sale marino fine, mescolare ancora una volta con cura.

Trasferire il müesli finito in un vasetto di vetro ermetico o in un contenitore sottovuoto per mantenere la croccantezza.
