Preriscalda il forno a 200°C e rivesti una teglia con carta da forno.

In una ciotola, mescola la farina di avena con un pizzico di sale e un po' d'acqua fino ad ottenere un impasto morbido.

Stendi l'impasto su un piano infarinato fino a ottenere uno spessore di circa 2 mm. Ritaglia un quadrato di 12x12 cm.

Metti 25g di pasta di guava al centro del quadrato e aggiungi un cucchiaino di yogurt greco per una nota cremosa.

Piega il quadrato a triangolo e sigilla i bordi premendo con una forchetta.
