In una ciotola, mescolare il pollo con la farina di riso fino a ricoprirlo uniformemente.

Scaldare l'olio in una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio-alto. Aggiungere il pollo e cuocere fino a doratura, circa 5-7 minuti. Rimuovere il pollo dalla padella e tenere da parte.

Nella stessa padella, aggiungere la cipolla, l'aglio e lo zenzero. Cuocere mescolando per 2-3 minuti, finché la cipolla non diventa traslucida.

In una ciotola, mescolare la salsa di soia, il brodo, il bourbon, l'eritritolo, l'aceto di mele e il peperoncino.

Versare il composto di salsa nella padella e portare a ebollizione. Cuocere mescolando finché non si addensa, per circa 3-4 minuti.
