Method

In una ciotola, mescola la pasta di curry con 100 ml di brodo vegetale fino a scioglierla. Aggiungi il brodo restante e la salsa di soia, mescola bene e metti da parte.

Cuoci la quinoa in 100 ml di acqua salata per circa 15 minuti, finché non è tenera e assorbe l'acqua.

Scalda l'olio in una padella a fuoco medio, aggiungi l'aglio e lo zenzero, e cuoci per un minuto.

Aggiungi il pollo tagliato a cubetti e cuoci fino a doratura, circa 5 minuti.
