Method

In una padella antiaderente, scaldare l'olio d'oliva e rosolare la cipolla tritata per circa 3-4 minuti a fuoco medio, fino a diventare trasparente.

In una ciotola, mescolare il petto di pollo macinato, i fagioli neri schiacciati, l'uovo, la farina di avena, lo yogurt greco, pepe nero, noce moscata, pepe di Cayenna e sale; mescolare bene e lasciare riposare in frigorifero per 10 minuti.

Formare un polpettone compatto e disporlo su una teglia rivestita di carta forno. Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 200°C per 25 minuti.

In un pentolino, mescolare 30 g di farina di avena con 200 ml di brodo vegetale e portare a ebollizione, cuocendo per 5 minuti.

Aggiungere 50 g di yogurt greco, 1 cucchiaio di salsa di soia a ridotto contenuto di sodio e pepe; mescolare bene fino a ottenere una salsa cremosa.

Servire il polpettone caldo con la salsa preparata sopra.
