Inizia scaldando le prugne secche in un pentolino con un po' d'acqua, fino a quando non si ammorbidiscono, circa 5 minuti. Scola e metti da parte.

Preriscalda il forno a 180°C e rivesti una teglia da 20 cm con carta da forno.
