Spruzza olio spray in una padella antiaderente e cuoci il salume di maiale speziato a fuoco medio-basso per 10-12 minuti finché dorato e cotto (raggiungere 70°C internamente), poi tritalo finemente.

Sbatti delicatamente 2 uova intere con 15ml di latte scremato, sale, pepe e cipollotti tritati.

Spruzza olio spray in padella, versa il composto di uova e cuoci a fuoco basso per 3-4 minuti mescolando dolcemente finché cremose.

Posiziona la galletta di mais proteica in padella a fuoco basso, distribuisci 15ml di salsa di formaggio light, metà del salume tritato e metà delle uova strapazzate.
