Arrostire il peperone poblano direttamente sulla fiamma o sotto il grill per 5-6 minuti fino a quando la pelle non risulta bruciacchiata. Avvolgerlo in pellicola trasparente e lasciarlo riposare per 15 minuti, quindi pelare la pelle e affettare a strisce.
