Preriscalda il forno a 180°C e rivesti una teglia quadrata di 20 cm di lato con carta da forno.

In una ciotola, mescola la farina integrale, il lievito e il pizzico di sale.

In un'altra ciotola, sbatti le uova con lo yogurt greco e l'olio di cocco fuso fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.
