In un mixer, unire le erbe fresche, l'aglio pelato, un pizzico di sale e pepe, e frullare fino a ottenere un trito omogeneo.

Massaggiare il trancio di salmone con il trito di erbe e un cucchiaino di olio extravergine d'oliva.
