Method

In una ciotola, mescolare la farina di avena con lo yogurt greco e l'acqua, aggiungere un pizzico di sale e pepe, fino ad ottenere un impasto liscio. Coprire con pellicola e far riposare in frigorifero per 15 minuti.

In una padella antiaderente, cuocere il pollo macinato con la cipolla tritata e la paprika, aggiustare di sale e pepe. Versare un cucchiaio di brodo di pollo e cuocere per circa 10 minuti a fuoco medio, fino a che non è ben cotto.

Stendere l'impasto tra due fogli di carta forno fino a raggiungere uno spessore di 4 mm e rivestire uno stampo monoporzione (Ø 12cm).

Versare il ripieno di pollo nell'impasto e coprire con un disco di impasto sigillando i bordi.

Spennellare la superficie con il tuorlo d'uovo e cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 190°C per 25 minuti, fino a doratura.
