In una pentola, portare a ebollizione il brodo di pollo.

In una ciotola, mescolare la polenta con timo, salvia, noce moscata, pepe nero, peperoncino e un pizzico di sale.

Versare lentamente la polenta nel brodo bollente, mescolando continuamente per evitare grumi. Cuocere per 10 minuti a fuoco medio-basso, mescolando regolarmente.

In una padella, scaldare l'olio d'oliva e rosolare la cipolla fino a renderla traslucida, circa 5 minuti.
