Method

In una padella antiaderente, scaldare l'olio EVO a fuoco medio. Aggiungere la carne di tacchino macinata e rosolare finché non è ben cotta, circa 5 minuti, mescolando di tanto in tanto.

Unire la cipolla tritata e la carota grattugiata, cuocere per 3-4 minuti finché la cipolla non diventa traslucida. Aggiungere l'aglio tritato e il rosmarino, poi cuocere per 30 secondi fino a sprigionare il suo aroma.

Cospargere con la farina di mandorle, mescolare e cuocere per un minuto. Versare il brodo di pollo mescolando continuamente per ottenere un composto omogeneo. Aggiungere la passata di pomodoro e la salsa di soia.
