In una ciotola, mescola la farina di avena, il cacao amaro, il lievito e il sale.

In un'altra ciotola, monta le uova con l'eritritolo fino a renderle spumose. Aggiungi lo yogurt greco e il latte di mandorla, mescolando bene.
