Iniziare sciacquando il sorgo sotto acqua corrente e cuocerlo in acqua bollente salata per circa 15-20 minuti, fino a quando risulta tenero. Scolarlo e tenerlo da parte.

In una padella antiaderente, scaldare l'olio extravergine d'oliva a fuoco medio e aggiungere la cipolla e l'aglio tritati, rosolando per circa 3 minuti.
