Method

Sciacquare i gamberi sotto acqua fredda e asciugarli.

Cuocere il riso integrale in acqua bollente salata per circa 30 minuti, fino a quando è tenero. Scolare e mettere da parte.

In una padella, scaldare l'olio extravergine di oliva a fuoco medio e aggiungere la cipolla rossa. Cuocere per circa 5 minuti fino a renderla trasparente.

Aggiungere l'aglio tritato e cuocere per 1 minuto.

Unire i gamberi e la salsa sambal oelek, mescolando bene. Cuocere per 5-7 minuti finché i gamberi sono cotti e rosati.

Togliere dal fuoco e condire con il succo di limone, sale e pepe.

Servire i gamberi sopra il riso integrale e guarnire con prezzemolo fresco.
