Preriscalda il forno a 180°C. Ungi leggermente una teglia da forno.

In una padella, scalda un cucchiaio d'olio a fuoco medio e rosola il pollo fino a doratura.

In un frullatore, riduci in purea i peperoni rossi arrostiti fino a ottenere una consistenza liscia.

In una ciotola grande, unisci il pollo cotto, la purea di peperoni, i pomodori, i funghi, la cipolla e l'aglio.
