Method

In una ciotola grande, versare la farina integrale, il proteine powder (se utilizzato), il lievito sbriciolato e il sale. Mescolare bene gli ingredienti secchi con una frusta.

Aggiungere l'olio di oliva e l'acqua tiepida gradualmente, mescolando con le mani fino a ottenere un impasto omogeneo e liscio.

Scaldare un testo o una padella antiaderente in ghisa a fuoco medio-alto per 2 minuti.

Ridurre a fuoco medio e cuocere ogni torta 5-6 minuti per lato, fino a ottenere un colore dorato e una consistenza croccante.
