Method

In una ciotola, unire la farina di avena, la farina di ceci, l'olio, l'acqua e il sale. Mescolare bene fino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo.

Trasferire l'impasto su un piano di lavoro e formare un panetto, avvolgerlo nella pellicola e lasciarlo riposare in frigorifero per 20 minuti.

Lavare e tritare le bietole, quindi in una ciotola mescolarle con un pizzico di sale e pepe.

In un'altra ciotola, amalgamare la ricotta, lo yogurt e l'uovo fino ad ottenere un composto cremoso.

Preriscaldare il forno a 180°C. Ungere una tortiera di 22 cm di diametro.

Riprendere l'impasto e dividerlo in due parti (una leggermente più grande). Stendere la parte più grande su un foglio di carta forno e rivestire lo stampo, bucherellando il fondo.

Distribuire le bietole nel guscio di pasta e versare sopra il composto di ricotta.

Stendere la parte rimanente dell'impasto e coprire il ripieno, sigillando i bordi.

Praticare delle incisioni sulla superficie per permettere al vapore di uscire.

Cuocere in forno per 30-35 minuti o fino a doratura. Lasciare intiepidire prima di servire.
