Preriscaldare il forno a 170°C e foderare una tortiera da 24 cm con carta da forno.

Tritare finemente i biscotti integrali in un mortaio fino a ottenere briciole consistenti.

In una ciotola, schiacciare la banana matura con una forchetta fino a ottenere una purea omogenea.
