Preriscalda il forno a 180°C. In una ciotola, mescola il burro di cocco con l'eritritolo fino a ottenere una crema soffice.

Aggiungi la farina di mandorle e le proteine in polvere, impasta fino a formare un panetto omogeneo.

Stendi l'impasto in una piccola tortiera da 8cm, premendo bene sul fondo e sui lati.

In un pentolino, sciogli il burro di cocco a fuoco medio, unisci le mandorle a lamelle e la stevia, mescolando per 2-3 minuti.

Aggiungi lo yogurt greco al composto di mandorle, mescola bene e versa sopra la base di pasta.
