In una ciotola, mescola l'olio d'oliva, la salsa di soia, l'aceto balsamico, la senape e l'aglio tritato.

Adagia il tri-tip in un piatto e versa la marinatura sopra, assicurandoti che la carne sia ben ricoperta. Lascia marinare in frigorifero per un'ora.

Preriscalda il forno a 190°C.
