Sciacquare le lenticchie rosse e metterle a bagno in acqua per circa 30 minuti.

Scolare le lenticchie e trasferirle in un frullatore insieme agli spinaci, all'olio d'oliva, al sale, alla curcuma e all'acqua. Frullare fino a ottenere un composto liscio e omogeneo.

Scaldare una padella antiaderente su fuoco medio e ungere leggermente con un po' di olio.

Versare un mestolo di composto nella padella e stenderlo in un cerchio sottile.
