In una ciotola, mescola il moong dal e l'urd dal con l'acqua tiepida e lascia riposare per 30 minuti.

Aggiungi l'uovo, le proteine in polvere, il sale, il cumino e il peperoncino. Frulla il tutto fino a ottenere una pastella liscia.

Se necessario, aggiungi un po' di acqua per raggiungere una consistenza simile a quella dei pancake.

Riscalda una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio-alto e versa un mestolo di pastella. Cuoci per circa 3 minuti per lato, fino a quando non è dorato.
