Tritare finemente il cioccolato fondente e versarlo in una ciotola.

Tritare le mandorle in modo grossolano e aggiungere al cioccolato.

In una padella a fuoco medio-basso, scaldare il burro di arachidi con il miele fino a renderli fluidi (circa 2 minuti), senza farli bollire.

Versare il composto tiepido in una ciotola e aggiungere un uovo intero, mescolando bene.

In una seconda ciotola, setacciare la farina integrale con le proteine in polvere e il sale.

Versare il composto umido nella miscela secca, aggiungere i semi di sesamo e la vaniglia, e mescolare fino a ottenere un impasto omogeneo.
