Method

In un pentolino, unisci l'acqua, l'eritritolo, i chiodi di garofano, la cannella in stecca e il succo di limone. Porta a ebollizione, poi riduci la fiamma e fai cuocere per 10 minuti. Aggiungi il succo di limone rimanente e lascia raffreddare.

In una ciotola, mescola le noci tritate, 1 cucchiaio di eritritolo, la cannella macinata e la noce moscata.

Taglia una sfoglia di pasta fillo e sistemala su una teglia rivestita di carta forno, spennellandola con olio EVO diluito in acqua.

Metti metà del ripieno di noci sulla sfoglia e coprila con un'altra sfoglia spennellata. Aggiungi il ripieno rimanente e termina con un'altra sfoglia. Spennella la superficie.

Cuoci in forno preriscaldato a 180°C per circa 20 minuti fino a doratura.

Versa lo sciroppo freddo sulla baklava calda e lascia riposare per 30 minuti prima di servire.
