Preriscalda il forno a 180°C e rivesti uno stampo quadrato da 12x12 cm con carta da forno.

In una ciotola, unisci le mandorle macinate, il cacao amaro, l'uovo e 5 g di eritritolo. Mescola fino a formare un impasto compatto e stendilo uniformemente sul fondo dello stampo. Inforna per 10 minuti.

Nel frattempo, lessa le patate dolci in acqua salata per circa 15 minuti, finché non sono tenere. Scolale e schiacciale in una ciotola.

In un'altra ciotola, amalgama il yogurt greco, la ricotta, il tuorlo d'uovo, 40 g di patate dolci schiacciate, 10 g di eritritolo e l'estratto di vaniglia fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.
